Whenever I eat chinese, I am looking for at least good won ton soup, egg rolls, rice and spare ribs. (What I consider as the Big 4 of chinese food)
At Dong Kong Cafe, these are the best. I have eaten a lot of places in the world and mostly between Montreal and Ottawa, and I consider Dong Kong Cafe to be the best chinese around. It has never been surpassed for the big 4 dishes any where else.
The buffet is very good. If you are looking for the extensive buffets you find in the big city centers, with everything in it but hte kitchen sink, you will be disappointed. It is a basic buffet with about a dozen different dishes, plus soup, plus basic desserts (fortune, almond cookies and other sweet dessert.
If you order "à la carte", it is even better. Take out is plenty generous.

Brought our Daughter out for supper to celebrate her 17th Birthday. Waitress was prompt, polite, and very attentive. Our meal was delivered in excellent time. Food was cooked to perfection! Made your mouth water as the aroma's reached your nose and your meal melted in your mouth! Good size portions...very pleasing to the eye. Once we were done dinner the waitress came out singing Happy Birthday with a piece of cake for the Birthday Girl.
Would definitely recommend this restuarant to everyone and anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price.
