From the moment I contacted SMG the experience was above all else. The appointments were quick to the point and very informative. Don’t get me wrong, they didn’t rush through the appointments and took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked the way the CPAP loaner machine was explained as well as the program. Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit.
