The Stretch and Strength class really helped improve my flexibility and core strength. Exercises are very innovative and challenging and the instructor provided excellent feedback. My private dance coaching was amazing!...the phenomenal skill and teaching ability of Karen Andrew really helped me improve my skills. The studio is very new and clean as well, with easy street parking in front, and its right off the DVP....very easy to access.

She is also pursuing the next level of Kripalu Yoga teacher training. She offers weekly classes in the areas of Thornhill and Vaughan and is a substitute teacher at several locations in the area.
