I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee.
