Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

I have been dealing with Roland at Rust Check for many years. He is also an amazing mechanic and can fix any car. He is also honest and very kind. He genuinely likes to help people and has helped me on many occasions. My car overheated in Port Perry and CAA had it towed for me all the way from Port to Scarborough and the tow truck driver even knew Roland from their younger days. I have nothing but good things to say about the spa. I came to the spa a couple years back with my Range. My husband said I destroyed the vehicle. I had little scratches here, needed a good cleaning and also my bumper was a little pulled out. They did an amazing job!! Car came out brand new!!! I was very pleased with everything .I always bring my car there for the littlest things now and so does my family!! Staff are very friendly and very good with timing.
