They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. These fast and courteous young men have always taken such care in a trusting manner. I found them after a huge hometown garage was writing off my vehicle and #suggesting I go next door to purchase a new one or repair at a price no less than $ 6000 . I drive a Toyota and after my warranty was up I no longer wanted to pay Toyota’s high maintenance cost. I needed new front and back brakes and I’m happy to have found these guys.
