Professional, courteous, above and beyond. They even kept my non prescription sunglass lenses for me for over a year when I switched them out for prescription. I ended up getting laser eye surgery a year later so wanted my non prescription lenses back. To my great surprise, they’d kept them “just in case”. They also have the nicest designer frames. Excellent products at good prices; convenient location and parking. Some reviews say they don't have flyer items, but I've very seldom ever experienced that. Nice size, well laid out and easy to find stuff. Their produce is excellent; maybe because they obviously sell a lot, it doesn't have time to get old. PC Express pickup is efficient and easy; and I usually get everything ordered. Staff are usually pretty good, although they are likely short-staffed as everybody is these days.
