He has saved our non-profit housing complex many expenses because he is skilled at repairs-- instead of instantly suggesting a replacement lock or panic - exit bars - because he knows how to do repairs -& has access to the parts needed. He is patient & explains what he plans to do to fix a problem. & is also punctual and will call if delayed.. very respectful of my time as a housing manager. The fastest I've ever had keys cut, and friendly service to boot. Ron is a very kind man and even made my second set of keys in a different colour because it was hard to tell them apart. Now I don't need to have a sticker on one key, it's just obvious! Super friendly and we'll priced, I'd recommend to anyone and will be going back for all future key cuts. Also he takes covid precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.

Excellent Service!!! Our Dental office had an issue of security when the back door lock would not work. Within a few minutes of calling Better Cut Keys for help they were at our office to offer help. Very politely he explained what happened to the lock and why. In less than 2 minutes he was able to fix the lock. He walked off leaving no bill and stating don't worry about it. WOW!! What a guy!!! One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast.
