I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. I've been going to Dr. Sarafov for years and I'm constantly impressed. The dental hygienists are friendly and competent, and Dr. Sarafov is both caring and knowledgable! As someone who suffers from anxiety and doesn't like the dentist - the fact that their offices are serene (and they offer nitrous gas) is a life saver! I now commute from Toronto to Oakville just to keep them as my dentist.

TOTAL SATISFACTION! My wife and I were in the market for a smaller second car to replace her 2004 Vibe and we started our search on the net, reviewing, pricing and searching the market. We gathered a few brochures, including a couple from the Milton Kia dealership. This is when we met Juan Carlos and his manager Victor and our first impressions were very positive. These gentlemen were respectful, attentive and genuinely helpful. No pressure, just a smile and a desire to be helpful. In the end, we purchased a Kia Soul at a very good price. I had done my homework and JC and Victor met my price without hesitation. I have switched my dentists serveral times looking for the right one and I have finally found them! I never write reviews but this needs to be stated. I have never had a cleaning like this before. Friendly knowledge staff and they even went to extra mile to explain how to use my tooth whitening kit that I picked up from my previous dentist.
