We have a retail sales room offering cuts of locally born and raised beef, lamb, and pork. Wholesale is available. We have a variety of sausages, jerky, and smoked and bbq goods. MEAT PROCESSING:Call to set up an appointment for slaughter and processing. Mid July through end of August reserved for county fairs (low availability during this time, but do have a first come first serve waiting list). All orders are cut to individuals instructions.
