On l'attendait depuis des années et la patience dont nous avons fait preuve nous aura été favorable. Rien à redire sur la qualité des pièces de viande et le service qui caractérise cette boucherie. D'ailleurs, la file devant le comptoir pratiquement chaque fois que nous y allons en est la plus grande preuve. Il faut dire que leur bonne réputation les suit directement de Dégelis où les propriétaires opéraient (et opèrent encore) avant d'avoir pignon sur rue à Rivière-du-Loup.
Leur steak Capitaine est l'un des meilleurs steak que j'ai mangé de ma vie et un incontournable et leur sauce à spaghetti est incontestablement la meilleure sur le marché (comme nos propres recettes) et si pratique en semaine.
Vous allez me revoir souvent. D'ailleurs j'y retourne ce soir.
