A technician arrived Sunday morning, diagnosed the problems and quoted me a price for each appliance. Two appliances were fixed and are working flawlessly. Consistently very helpful and I have always had excellent service. Have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a prescription to be filled especially great after a visit to Emergency or after surgery at nearby Nanaimo hospital when you are not up to par. Chairs, coffee and cookies are available. Compounding services are offered. Prescriptions costs seem to be comparable to the least expensive and largest pharmacies in Nananimo.

I've been buy my glasses from them since 2003. I know the original owner as I sold computers to him. The current owner is Wayne and he is very knowledgeable about eye wear. They sell both regular glasses as well as contact lens. They don't rush me and explains clearly to me the options I've and the advantage/disadvantage of each choice. Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I met Dr. D. in 1990 for a very difficult, corrective rhinoplasty. He had to graft cartilage from my ears to support the nose. It turned out fantastic. He has done other cosmetic procedures for me over the years and all have had excellent results. He is extremely knowledgable about all the latest procedures. He will never do any operation if I do not need it. Whether it is a featherlift, mini-lift or laser treatments his advice and skill is always at the optimum. I have gone to other surgeons only to be dissapointed. Because of his thorough knowledge and his excellent skills I am 54 years old and I pass easily for a fresh, natural looking 42 year old. I would never consider using a different surgeon.
