In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

This towing service was literally a life saver. We were locked out of our car for three hours and the other North bay towing services company failed to do anything to help us but thankfully within 15 minutes of calling A & S towing, a man showed up and unlocked the car for us. The man who saved us was such an amazing man, he was kind, efficient and funny. Thank u A & S we are so thankful for you guys.

Great and friendly service. Tire's studded and installed. Dropped off the tire's for studs one day and installed the next. My old tires in a bag each in the back, with no appt. They managed to squeeze me in, definitely my new tire guy in North Bay.

I had my 1st flat tire so we called Le Towing. Le Towing arrived very quickly. He made sure not to move my truck since my tire was off the rim until he could figure out a way to do it without damaging the rim. He ended up changing my tire with my spare one which saved me a towing. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and he would interact with her and made the experience fun. I was extremely pleased with the service, the friendliness. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you!

Bartlett's Towing has been in operation for 25 years. We pride ourselves in staying up to date by continuously upgrading our equipment and providing the latest available training for our staff. Bartlett's Towing has been providing 24/7 light duty towing and roadside service in North Bay since 1988. In 1990 we pioneered 4wd off road recovery. In 1995 we added a tilt and load, the first of its kind for the area, which provided service for small equipment and specialty vehicles. In 1999 we bought a heavy duty tow truck for transports and heavy equipment. In 2001 we began our extreme ice and water recovery, the first of its kind in Northern Ontario. This includes anything from snowmobile crashed on the frozen lake, to a truck that has gone through the ice in 100' of water. In 2004 we began doing environmental clean-ups. In 2005 we added certified Traffic Control and road closure. Our customer base is what keeps us going, and Bartlett's Towing knows our customers are #1.
