Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. The staff were awesome, kind, sympathetic and made a awful situation a little less awful. The vet gave me great advice, didn't push me to do anything, and was extremely kind to my situation. The vet assistant was amazing with my cat, as he was very aggressive from his pain. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.
