Have taken two different items to this business for repair. Both times, the repair was excellent! One item was a vintage metal handle that required a new leather overlay to keep the handle together! The handle was perfectly done!!! The other was a strap for a tool bag, again, the strap was very well done! Highly recommend this business. Took my dress shoes to this shoe repair because St. Albert Shoe Renu said he could not reline them. The gentleman was friendly, courteous and obviously far more knowledgeable. Not only could he do the work, but he will have them ready in 2 days. I highly recommend Rucallen because of his superior customer service and he really knows his trade!

Had expensive runners repaired and they did a super job of repairing them .Did the job so well you could not tell the runner had been repaired.If it had not been repaired i would have required a new pair. Great service and a pleasure to deal with and as mentioned they do an excellent job.Definitely my new shoe repair shop.
