I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasnt sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I highly recommend this place for a repair to a high quality shoes.!

Great workmanship. Our family has brought in many leather items for Joe and his staff to fix. Everything was repaired exactly the way promised.
Joe and his staff are extremely friendly and honest. If something can not be fixed, repair visible or too expensive to be worth it ... Joe will tell you.

I've had a few things done. Fixed shoes, purse and guitar strap. Overall very pleased with the work done. A bit in the expensive side and you have to pay up front but I save a lot of money and it keeps things out if landfill. I support local businesses and would definitely recommend this one. Sadly, it's getting harder and harder to find decent shoe repair places even as the shoes are being made lower and lower quality.
