I recently bought one of Joe's 'Ariens' snowblowers I wanted to buy local, I'm sick and tired of Big Box buffoons with their lack of knowledge and expertise beyond anything more than operating the flush mechanism on a toilet.
Joe went out of his way to accommodate me, he assembled the machine, set up the snowblower for a gravel driveway, delivered the machine to me and happily took my old 25 year old banger away to recycle parts from. The total bill was considerably less than everywhere else.

Sorry guys, forgot to come back to clear this up. Called Mike/Joe regarding issue and they sent the technician to my home to correct the work, further issues were found so everything was taken back to the shop and the job was completed well. Thanks for taking care of the issue, mistakes are made but they stood up and corrected the issues to my satisfaction. Thank you Mike and Joe.
