Spectrum uses a biopsychosocial approach striving to meet individuals where they are mentally, physically, emotionally and socially. Providing a safe space for individuals, couples and families to explore their challenges is important to us.
We offer individual therapy, couples and marriage therapy and family counselling in our Dartmouth clinic and on-line. We also offer occupational therapy and occupational assessments.
