Shane designed our new composite pool deck - his designs and suggestions were well thought out and the end result was truly more than we could have asked for. He suggested a raised dining area with lighting vs. one level - it was still under budget and the difference really was outstanding. Dr Leinen conducted a thorough consultation and was able to identify that I had pulpitis. He was able to immediately perform a procedure to alleviate the pain and pressure. He then provided post procedure instructions and said if the pain returned he would offer an emergency visit. I left feeling very reassured and relieved. Dr Leinen and his Office Admin both made it clear to me that they truly care about my wellbeing and that even though they are very busy my issue mattered to them very much.

I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!
