West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

This is a great place to get used auto parts at a fair price! The guy is very pleasant with lots of selection, the cars are numbered & well organized with enough space between them, there's not a bunch of trip hazards everywhere like most places and they even laid down gravel so it's easy to dig down & get a jack under it & not muddy all the time... it's honestly my favourite place to get auto parts. Give them a call because they have a large selection.

This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.
