In 1994, CDL acquired Evaporators Dallaire inc., A manufacturer well known. In 1999, CDL has opened a distribution center in Cabano to meet demand in the Bas-Saint-Laurent. Finally, in 2005, CDL acquired Waterloo Small USA, now known as CDL USA (formerly Maple Pro) in St.Albans, Vermont.
