We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. I came in to Reitmans to pick out an outfit for a Xmas party the following night and it was 15 minutes before closing.(yes I was one of those people)?and the sales lady greeted me with a friendly hello and I told her the situation and she started helping me immediately. She asked me what I was looking for and I wasn’t 100% sure, so Sara picked a couple different items and to my surprise I left with a skirt, dress top, tights and even a coat. She never made me feel rushed and happy to help!
