RAMAC Swimming Club was founded in November 1998 and began two times a week practices at Westview Secondary School on February 1, 1999. Originally we rented swimming pool with Parks and Recreation. The rental of the pool started with two times a week and expanded to six days a week growing from no swimmers to a hundred in 5 years.Overall RAMAC development looked like a success and swimmers whose presence, at growing number of meets we attended, was more and more noticeable with medals and ribbons they have won.
