Good customer service doesn't begin to cover it. For many years we have been renting storage spaces at different locations and we never received a service like the one we got at MODULAR storage systems on Marion street. We have been impressed with Nickie and Virginia's courtesy, thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was complicated, everything was possible (we changed our moving dates a few times) and they were helpful.
The storage is clean and security is great.

This is the first maid service I have used so I can't compare experiences; but I do know what clean is. They come on the day that that I pre-book them, do a great job, quickly, with thought and respect. I come home and it smells clean, not like chemicals (they bring their own products).
I now book (and pay) 6 months at a time. They give an honest assessment of how often they need to come, I don't feel taken advantage of.
In the end, I would suggest them to anyone!
