We purchased a pub style dining set in 2012 from Hayward's. First, I have to say - I love their delivery service. You can actually schedule an appointment to have your furniture delivered in an hour window (not wait around an entire day or half a day). The delivery was punctually and prompt. My appointment was for 11:00 am and they arrived minutes after, unpacked, assembled and we were all on our way 15 minutes later (I didn't even use my entire lunch hour).
Some of our stools were damaged and Hayward's had no issue sending out new chairs and picking up the old ones.
A year later, a piece broke off one of our stools. At this point, the supplier had discontinued the set but, Robin took the time to find extra stools and have them shipped up from the states for us. We are not impressed with the stool construction but, the customer service has been great. I doubt very much that some of the chain furniture stores would of went through the effort that Robin did to replace our broken stool extending the life of our set.

They have such a wonderful mix of old and new. You really have to visit to appreciate their offerings. They have their antiques displayed in such a manner such as a new furniture store. They also have an amazing line of new leather couch sets that are made in Canada, 100% real leather at excellent prices, you will be amazed! I was so surprised that they often times can beat the prices of the big box store prices, plus their leather is better quality! If you are looking for a leather sofa set, check these guys out - you will be so pleased you did!
