We are very satisficed with the professionalism and the work done by VCRS team.
The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

Paid $140 for exchange monochrome Cannon multi function printer with refilled cartridge.

I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. I was referred by a friend to Computer Depot. He told me he is using him for all his computer problems and he was really happy with him.
