I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. I have been using Dave's services 11 years. I would never go to anyone else. I am sure there are others out there with the same qualifications, but you will never find a more honest, helpful person to help you when you are in need of maintenance or are at your wits end and are looking for a hammer.
