I went to Etobicoke Service Centre to replace my Beam electric hose which was 34 years old, and the carpet sweeper. I was also concerned if the unit, which was 15 years old, was working properly. Bill was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a new Beam central vac with all the accessories for a very reasonable price.
Bill came to do the installation. He took the time to explain how the new Rug Master worked, and gave tips to making it last longer. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! I had my pump stop working on a Friday afternoon. This was the ONLY place that called back that day. I received one other call from another business. I couldn't believe the price they gave me, only 21.95$ and no hidden fees, no installation fees, no equipment fees, I just pay monthly and the equipment are mine after the 3 years contract is over.
