I went to Etobicoke Service Centre to replace my Beam electric hose which was 34 years old, and the carpet sweeper. I was also concerned if the unit, which was 15 years old, was working properly. Bill was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a new Beam central vac with all the accessories for a very reasonable price.
Bill came to do the installation. He took the time to explain how the new Rug Master worked, and gave tips to making it last longer. I highly recommend this company.

I have had this water system for a while and I will continue to give it an excellent rating. I no longer drink bottled water from the store, since I have had this water system; not even when I go to restaurants, I take my own water.
