I went in ,this blond short hair lady not very nice, she sent me to speak to another lady ,her name is Rosa. Rosa you are such a great lady you helped me very much and right away, even after I came home and I found there was a hole in the material , I called and spoke to her in person she told me, no problem she was going to change my curtains ,she is a wonderful person!
