I love this store...it has the finest collection of fabrics that I have ever seen. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Liz has a keen eye for quality, and her frequent travels abroad to the fashion capitals (Paris, Milan..) provides her customers with the opportunity to see (and buy!) the hottest trends.

I made a visit to the store to purchase a burlap type fabric for decoration needs.
The burlap available was not what I was seeking out for however the young lady inquired about the use of the burlap and provided alternative recommendations.
In the end, I made a purchase that was not burlap however the fabric suited the need.
I was very impressed with how helpful and pleasant the young lady was in her level of customer service

This particular location has improved a great deal. It's now less crowded - someone has clean up the display areas and they are now better planned. The entire store is not as "stuffed" as it used to be and displays are cleaner and modern. Even the posters are more up-to-date and display the diversity of the area better . I hope the the trend for less clutter will continue. The staff is polite and helpful.

Tons of everything…. I’ve ever had a problem with the staff, only with the bathroom facilities often not accessible.
I was there again today and staff was super helpful.
