The Cloth Castle is a family run business that prides itself on customer service and keeping a one-on-one relationship with its customers. Before the store became the Cloth Castle, it was called the Yarn Barn which was owned and operated by Sylvia's mother-in-law, Ethyl Ratcliffe.
