I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

everytime i order food from this location of A&W i always get 100% fresh and hot food on delivery . Any other location might serve cold food but people work here are perfectionist and make each and everything sizzling hot and fresh and tasty . Went in, first time there and my organizational skills have become very difficult to function. Upon opening my backpack, two wonderful women had offered to make me a binder. They took time out of their day to help me and that is to me a display of how much they care. The positivity in that place is so warm and welcome, and they have since been so very caring and forgiving. This is one of the best experiences I have had while bringing my file and asking for help! HEDGE is a 55+ apartment complex that reconsiders the typically modest seniors' housing typology as an opportunity for architectural richness. The four-storey project consists of 48 apartments distributed between two buildings that together frame and preserve a mature stand of cottonwoods. The building's circulation scheme and the landscape intertwine so that experiencing the well-treed courtyard becomes an integral part of everyday life.Starting from the ground floor and continuing upwards to the roof terrace, a gently sloping promenade moves from interior to exterior and back again, forming a continuous walkway that weaves the buildings together and bridges the half storey height differential separating them. The boardwalk serves a pragmatic role by providing access to common exit stairs for both buildings, and also offers a recreational amenity for residents - a means to take a daily stroll through the trees.The building is clad in corrugated corten steel, with added depth provided by a mesh screen that spans vertically between eight inch deep flashing angles, creating space where planters can be placed.
