Des gens fort généreux de leur temps et quand même super efficaces. Heureuse d encourager des gens de chez nous. Au bout du fil, de vraies voix humaines et non dinterminables menus. I had the worst and greatest day yesterday.
It started terribly when trying to upgrade my Iphone with Virgin Mobile, not only was I sent to three different Kiosks but they didn't have anything i stock. When I asked for options they simply said I would have to wait and place an order. Well a friend of mine suggested this apple store and never have I had such a great customer experience. If you're upgrading go see Apple directly. They ROCK!
