They are friendly, extremely helpful and they take their time for anything you are looking for..they have some really different stuff .. love going there, I always find something to buy ... I live at the opposite end of the city but it is worth the extra time it takes me to get there !!!

I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. I have had 2 pairs of orthotics custom made by Tender Touch Orthotics and I am extremely happy with the results. The orthotics fit perfectly against my feet, they support my arches and give me much more stability than I had before.

Always have great service here. It feels personal, not boxed. Anything that was not in stock, Wade, the owner, would order in for me. All the staff are polite and helpful without being pushy and I always feel comfortable. If you like a hardware store with that old school charm, and people who know their stuff, then this is the one.

I had to go to emerg on a dull monday and had a very good service attendance.
All the rpn's and doctor on staff were caring friendly and very hard at work with a full non-stop clientele in the waiting.
Im so glad i had decided to go this day as i now have a very positive experience.
I hope that those who were on staff that afternoon get a high five for perfection.
