Had a very professional experience at Star Motors Collision. I brought my almost brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport here after they were one of my insurance company's prefered locations. Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.
