My daughters 2008 Honda Civic broke down on her way out of the city camping. We had it towed into London Honda thinking the worst - a transmission. They estimated it quickly, reached out to us to get approval and had it fixed within 24 hours for a minor problem. They also road tested it afterwards to make sure it fixed the problem. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase.
