We bought lawn soil, $3500 worth, for a brand new build. We planted lawn seed and millions and millions of mushrooms came up. We had also bought planter box soil, but no mushrooms there. That was July...5 calls and manager, Jenta Madsen, finally called back Aug 2nd and agreed to bring 3rd party in to help as it was clearly soil issue. It’s now Oct and she has not refunded our money as promised, no 3rd party has come and she won’t return calls or emails. Worst customer service EVER! Buyer beware

Nanoose Bay Succulents is a locally owned and operated succulent store based out of Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. We specialize in growing quality succulents in our greenhouse, with both custom and made to order succulent pots, planters and hanging baskets can be made at our greenhouse, or choose from our selection of completed arrangements.
Succulents make great gifts and also compliment many flowers in bouquets and corsages. We also make wedding bouquets and corsages so if you're planning for your special day, we've got you covered! We also make living walls but advanced notice is required. We're also at the Qualicum Beach Farmers Market on Saturday mornings so stop by for a visit!
