Though I had a problem in the first place, they were quick to address it and followed through with their promise.

These guys are amazing, after being told by a competiter that brakes, bearings everything would have to be replaced. Then I come to Hitch Depot and they replace brake pads and clean bearings and good to go. I appreciate you guys so much. Nice to know there are some honest places you can go to. Thank you so much.
