Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

I brought in my car for a quick emissions test as we were talking I mentioned a nagging car issue I've had for a while that a couple previous mechanics weren't able to fix.
