I simply cannot say enough about the service provided by Gabriel at One Transportation. From my initial email I got immediate replies. Rented from this company many times over and have had nothing but the best in vehicles AND service. I was running late one Friday evening and called ahead. They mentioned that as long as it was returned by 9:30 am Saturday they would honor the one-day rental rate and they kept their word. FYI - filling the vehicle means exactly that; - FILL the vehicle when you return, and find a NEARBY filling station; - you wont have any issues!

Have had exemplary service from Chad, Melissa and Valerie for more than 15 years. They have been kind enough to work with me to determine exactly what I needed in the way of help, but went above and beyond in customer service. Costs were in line or below what others originally quoted, so we have stayed with them for wheelchairs (2), several walkers, chair lifts and bath equipment. Absolute Top notch service! Thanks!
