I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. Wow. Just incredible. I heard from a few people that had used them and was highly recommended, so I felt more comfortable having them carry on our big back yard project. Boy, am I glad I did! The owner is fantastic! He is very professional and responsive. I've gotten a hand full of quotes from different landscaping companies and contractors who gave us some outrageous quotes for re-grading our backyard. But by far Leary beat em. Not only that, their quality of work is top notch!! Our patio area and backyard looks impeccable! I'm so glad I went with Leary Landscape and Construction (and will be calling them for any of our future landscaping needs).
