I needed a short notice survey and pinning of the house to the lot. Bunker was busy but they fit me in and did the job in one day. Worked with me instead of telling me what I couldn't do. Absolute Pros. When they double checked the measurements one pin was out 3mm. Which they fixed!!! Soleil in the office was great to deal with. Pricing was similar to all surveyors in the area. For location and view you really can't beat the Riverwalk, which is situated on the river in Bracebridge. The dining room is elegant and the staff discreet and unobtrusive yet highly efficient. The food is perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. Everyone enjoyed their meal and vowed to return.
