I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. I noticed that a lot of comments are kind of negative! Yes, DeGroot’s is expensive. I only buy what I can plant myself (not rich) but always have been pleased with their friendly service and guarantees. DeGroot’s is a huge operation. They DO have to pay all their employees a decent wage to run a business of this high standard.
