We just moved to Rockland and found this little jewel. We ordered takeout pizza the first time and it was awesome. The kids loved it and they are really picky. We went in and had dine in yesterday and it was great. The place is really nice and clean. The bar area is really nice. The staff are really friendly.

Although I have stayed overnight at the WelcomInn a few times, mostly I come into town only for the day -- they offer very convenient and cost-effective day rates. Parking is ample and free.
The location is great for me, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything I need, including free wifi. There's a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance, but I usually prefer to bring food from home, so the small fridge and bar sink are great to have. Check in and out is easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
My only complaint? It would be nice if the rooms had microwaves.
Overall, a great value and a clean, friendly, convenient hotel experience for the business traveler.

The main floor had previously been used as living quarters and the second story had housed a Masonic temple since turn of the 20th century and would make for a great showroom. However, it (the building) was vacant and had been so for some time. It was in desperate need of a lot of T.L.C. and major renovations.
