Due to an issue with my alternator I had to get a tow. I called CAA spoke with Bruce. He advised me that Mccracken would be able to assist within an hour and a half. I called at 4:30 am and by 6:52 am Bill arrived. He was very pleasant, approachable and helpful. I was honestly quite impressed with the beginning to end experience that I received. Thank you Bill.
P.S. Bill is from Campbellford area and if his boss happens to read this.....he definitely deserves a raise.

I am so thankful for being there when I needed them the most. They have been extremely helpful. And when I called tonight telling them my car will not start the man who answered was super sweet and compassionate and was concerned of my well being as it is the coldest night of the year they offered free service to boost my car.
