I built a new home a few years ago, requiring over 80 windows!. The seal in one of the windows just failed recently and they came out and replaced it free of charge. Their response was timely and the installation went smoothly. Excellent service. Aside from this one window, I've been very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.

Our home is very old. Because of that we were very picky to choose a company that we are going to work with, and had several estimates and different prices. Last estimate we had was from Vinyl Window Pro. They were very professional answered all of our questions.
