Suite à un problème avec ma laveuse, j'ai fait un appel chez Appareils RC. J'ai tout de suite eu un autre humain à l'autre bout du fil et non pas une boîte vocale. Les gens ont pris le temps de m'écouter et de me proposer une solution. J'ai pu avoir la visite d'un technicien la journée même.
Une fois rapidement arrivé à la maison, le technicien fut très compétent et avenant. De plus, les frais ont été très raisonnables!
Si j'ai de nouveaux troubles, je sais maintenant qui appeler!

Vendu un frigidaire et depuis de longues années, marche encore. Même chose pour un congélateur que je leur ai acheté. Marche à merveille. Rien qui brise. Ils sont les meilleurs.

Qualité parfois douteuse des produits, mais excellent service après vente. Je lève particulièrement mon chapeau aux préposées au retour pour leur patience et leur gentillesse malgré leur charge de travail franchement excessive, et particulièrement la jeune dame qui m'a servi lundi le 16 septembre 2019 vers 13h30. Dans les travaux, j'avais perdu la facture pour un outil défectueux après 3 mois et j’ai eu droit à un remplacement sur place sans tataouinage. Ça c’est du service!
