Had a pocket screen door installed two years ago by this company and because it never fit properly we called and the owner came and reinstalled the door himself and to perfection. Can you ask for better service than that !!!!

We recently had new windows, replacement sealed units, and a new garden door installed by Urban. We also had them adjust an existing door that was previously incorrectly installed by someone else. The quality of products installed & the calibre of workmanship was thoroughly impressive. They even went above-&-beyond when adjusting the existing door. Their sales person was earnest & not overbearing and their installation crew was friendly & courteous.
