My experience receives a 4 star only because Sarah was delightful to deal with. The male manager at this bank was rude and indifferent. The odd thing about it was, I had no dealings with him only Sarah, but he was dismissive both times he addressed me , not for a banking matter, just for being present in his bank. Guess he saw that I was a TD customer, required to transact at this branch for a specific payment. Sarah you are a doll - the manager needs to go retrain on iterative process!!!

Contrary to the comments of the 3 previous individuals I have found the Alliston Scotiabank to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable handling all my financial transactions.
